Cafe Mocca in Munich

In summer 2020 were great! We were outside with shisha and eating / drinking. That's magical! Even in the evening, still warm, because sitting on the couch for a long time feels comfortable. But only info, couch at the table next to the hidden one is unfortunately small dirty, for example cigarettes, eating ... etc. left. Please be great, always check visuals and clean them up. Everyday life! In September and October 2020, we were with deaf people in the Mocca, the Friday / Saturday evening, because unfortunately not so good: / Shisha flavor burned quickly in 30 minutes. Order double costs for 2x Shisha (bad anyway) Drinking and eating take a long time to deliver the employee, always forgetting: / Unfortunately I only give 3 stars. Summer 2020 were great! Then September and October 2020 is bad again, why? Please improve with You take care of the employee, clean and tidy, order food and drink and deliver immediately as if satisfied, Shisha had to be prepared as well as possible in more than 1 hour - not so 30 minutes and burn. That's bad anyway!

Unfortunately, I had a bad Sunday evening in this restaurant for the second time. There is not a large selection for the food (salad or snacks) and in the shisha bar you do not expect great food but at least something normal. I ordered Caesar salad today, what I got could never be eaten. The salad came with no bread crusts! And after I told the cellar the answer was "sorry" so if I eat then go out and don't pay, it's enough to say sorry. With grilled chicken At first it was hard to find a piece of chicken in this salad and after what the meat was cold and only cooked so not grilled, it was frozen straight out of the bag! It is very polite if you own a piece of the city with a restaurant, that you offer the residents something normal, nice or prefer to let someone else do the work.

New owner, highly recommended. Lots of choice, good location and ambience. Friendly staff. Terrace as well as roof terrace & indoor area cozy. No long waiting times, you get your order quickly and it tastes very good. Staff asked several times if everything was okay. One of the best bars in Munich.

Shisa bar / restaurant in an upscale style I've been there a few times and will continue to keep this bar as my regular Shisa bar, there are Shisa varieties that you won't find anywhere else, there are always enough seats and the service is super trained and professional, which is sometimes completely missing in many locations, asks by itself at pleasant intervals with the guests to see if everything is ok or if you still need something. The food is prepared quickly and the portions and taste are good value for money despite the coronavirus. The cocktails are huge and also have a very fruity taste and do not appear chemically puffed but of course so that you can drink a little more of them. The connection to public transport is good, the U3 and U6 lines can be reached on foot in 2 minutes, and numerous bus lines make it easy to get home every now and then All in all, always a great experience, keep it up ?

Great service! Your waiter Serdi served great, he responded to my wishes and expectations with respect. It took less than 5 minutes to receive my order at my table. That's what you call service! Highly recommended!

I've been to this café a few times, but I didn't really like it back then. However, last week I honestly have to say I felt good straight away, we weren't sure which shisha we should take and the waiter Serdar gave us great advice so we'd be happy to go there again next time for a shisha

Super good pipes (Mr. Woodshr - 290 € parts) delicious food & really top staff. New coal always came without being asked and the whistles lasted a long time. Ambience outside in summer or up in the winter garden is also very cool ??

I would not have recommended the bar before. But today it looks very different. It's clean. The staff are friendly. The shisha tastes very good. Drinks are also delicious and well priced. Bar is close to a subway station and tram station. Try it out!

Since the new owner completely turned the shop inside out, I really enjoy accompanying my husband to smoke shisha again! The interior has undergone a thorough renovation and is finally friendly and inviting. The outside area is generously designed (I assume that due to the special regulation for "parking spaces" the area is currently a little larger. But otherwise you can sit outside there and watch the goings-on. The service is also a world of difference compared to the " Before ”. You are treated in a friendly manner and you are asked more often if you want something. All in all: many thanks to the new owner and the new service staff (who have finally earned the name), please just keep going!

It's awesome and a great service tooo

The place is really nice and comfy and you get what you are expecting: nice shishas. Besides that the service is terrible. Be ready to chase the staff to get drinks and do not expect them to be nice.

The shop is already a bit old and rocked, but both the water pipes and the staff are really great. So in this respect a clear recommendation, if one is not so etepetete. We will definitely come here more often.

Good shisha, atmosphere and service can be better..

Bad shisha (comes late and lasts less than 20-30 minutes. The local is dirty and disgusting (smells interesting) and service is not only impolite and unfriendly but they steal (in a way that she gives less money back than you say to and this happened not only once, even with my friends...) There are other places near to Mocca (like Mint, Mon Ami, or Masquerade) where you feel welcomed and well.

awful service, it takes forever to get anything.

The place is quite old, the couches are loosing color and everything looks outdated. The ambiance is bad and they only play YouTube music. The shisha is fine but there are way better places to go. The kitchen door always remains open and you can see the people working inside and ringing the bell for the servers to fetch the food, it really kills the mood.

Giving 1 star because less than that is not possible. Worst staff I have ever met in any restaurant worldwide. Arrogant, without respect! The bar person tastes your drink and gives the same glass to customers ( disgusting).

Great hookah place! Not many options of hookah but done very well, visiting this quite often, especially when weather is nice and you can seat outside. Great place for lengthy soul conversations :) Food is so so, as well as service may not be very quick, but staff is very nice anyway.

Chill atmosphere, especially the upstairs balcony. The schischas are quite good and not that pricy. Negative: at times very unfriendly waiters (especially one, you'll notice)
